I’m so glad you found my site about how I finally made my booty bigger!
I love Jennifer Lopez. J-Lo has the best ass! For the longest time I had a flat butt, and I wanted so bad to look like J-Lo, or Kim Kardashian, or Nicki Minaj (I think she’s so pretty!), or any of the other curvy, sexy, women in Hollywood.
I wanted to make guys drool the way they do! I hated when I’d be out with my friends and see guys checking them out from behind. I didn’t have anything to work with!
You might have tried to make yours bigger too…exercises, maca, pills, eating – none of that worked for me, and I bet it didn’t work for you either. Until I found out how to do it correctly. Trust me, most of y’all have not been doing it correctly!
But it’s not OUR fault.
And I love sharing when I find something that works for me, that’s why I want to share this:
Like I said in my last post, there is bad advice out there. Some of the things you’ll read on the internet won’t help and can even stop your butt from growing or make it smaller. There are real techniques that can turn on the butt growth switch, I‘m proof.
These are some things I learned from the information I used:
- Performing squats and lunges the wrong way can make your butt shrink (there is a secret to do it the right way, though)
- It’s NOT true that you’re stuck with the bottom shape you have now, I’m proof! I rounded out my booty with this AWESOME program anyone can get their hands on
- Taking maca can make your booty bigger if you’re lucky. Most of us aren’t lucky and can get bad side effects like facial hair or acne from it. Maca has to be taken a DIFFERENT way to make your boot grow bigger.
Seriously, here is exactly what I used, and you can see the results I got. If you want a bigger butt, you’d be crazy not to use it too!

There is some ridiculous information out there about how to get a bigger butt.
Some of the myths I’ve heard, some of the things I’ve tried, and some of the things my girl friends have told me are completely cray.
The first thing I want to say is that rubbing hot sauce on your ass will NOT make it bigger! I couldn’t believe anyone would say that when I heard it. LOL
Other things that don’t work are cocoa butter, eating corn, meat, corn bread, carrots, spinach, pickles, or anything else (except one awesome supplement!), ice or cold water, and running or jogging.
Eating more food or the wrong foods to make your ass big and sexy like you want will just make you big and unhealthy like you don’t want.
Trust me, I used to have an almost flat, boy looking butt. I tried LOTS of things. I researched on the internet and asked people questions. I tried things I’m embarrassed about!
But now, I have a bottom I could have only dreamed about before. I get more attention from guys than ever, and my boyfriend is crazy about my curves. He can’t believe how lucky he is, and it shows in all the extra attention I get from him.
In fact, everywhere I go, guys are nicer to me!
So, PLEASE, don’t believe any of these crazy things people say about how to get your booty bigger! I’ve only found one thing that works, and I’m going to tell you about it soon!
Getting a bigger, sexier, firmer butt can be difficult. If you don’t know what you’re doing, or even worse, doing the wrong things, you won’t get the results you want, or you might end up making your butt smaller, or making other parts of your body bigger.
However, with the right knowledge and a few secrets, you can make your booty what you want. J-Lo, Kim Kardashian, Nicki Minaj, and more have sexy, feminine, big butts that drive men wild. They have trainers and lots of time, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make your booty bigger too!
Tip #1 To get a bigger booty you must have a plan
Seems obvious, right? But truthfully, most women have a goal, but they don’t have a plan to reach that goal. As the old saying goes, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail”.
So, if you want a firm, perky, sexy bottom, or to add 2 inches or more to your butt, you have to have a solid plan. The resources you use to develop your plan are essential to your success.
Tip #2 Take the right supplements
You’ll hear women say to “eat cornbread and soul food”, or that maca will help grow your butt. The truth is, there are supplements you can take that help to channel your efforts into giving you a big, beautiful ass, but they have to be the right supplements. This is one of the secrets to getting your lady lumps in the shape you want.
Tip #3 Do the right exercises
You don’t want to fake a bigger booty. You can buy butt lift jeans, or get buttocks implants or surgery if you’re desperate and want to spend a lot of money. There’s even things like padded panties. You don’t want that! You want a nice, natural butt that looks just as good out of clothes as in. Other women say squats will make your ass bigger.
You need to be doing the right exercise, with the right supplements, to make your booty bigger.
